Our in house underwriter has been in the mortgage business for over 24 years. This underwriter began in the industry as a Processor/Closer and Quality Control Specialist before moving into the Underwriting area. From there, she became the Underwriting Manager (Wholesale and Retail) for a National Mortgage Lender. In 2001 she moved to one of the Top 5 Investors as the Correspondent Lending National Underwriting Due Diligence.

This is an opportunity to "Ask the Underwriter" a question regarding a specific area of concern for you with regards to a Residential First Mortgage for a purchase or refinance.  Responses provided will only be an Opinion based upon the information presented, using standard agency guidelines, and are for informational purposes only.
